24Kt Gold PVD Titanium One Side Threadless, One Side Fixed Septum Bar & Balls with Two Gold Plated Chains. Septum Bars and Balls are manufactured from High Polish Implant Grade Titanium (Ti-6AL-4V-ELI ASTM F136) and Dangle Chains are made from Stainless Steel.

The gold color, once deposited, stays bonded to the titanium, and does not flake or wear off. Gold PVD is not the same as gold plating, though the two are often confused, as it is more durable and long-lasting.
