Returns
Thanks for purchasing our products at tribupiercings.com.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Online Sales Returns and Exchange Policy
On Body Jewelry
- We accept returns on all other items within 14-days of receiving items. ALL Jewelry must remain unworn and in their original packaging.
- These policies are for online sales only. Not for in store sales.
Items eligible for returns – Not in Original sealed bag
– Necklaces, ringer rings, Bracelets as long as the items are still in original condition.
Non-Eligible Items
– We do not accept refunds , exchanges on the following items
( Shipping Charges, Gift cards, Saline solution, Mouth wash, Tea Tree Oil Piercing services or piercing jewelry)
– Due to hygiene and safety concerns, returns for jewelry used on new piercings are not accepted and ALL sales for these items and services are FINAL.
If you receive the wrong item?
– Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange according to your preference.
How long does the return process take?
– It usually takes between 7 to 14 business days for your return to be processed from the date we receive the returned item(s). During this time, our team will inspect and evaluate the product to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Options after returning the jewelry?
- EXCHANGE: we can also exchange the returned item(s) for a different product of equal or lesser value. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
- REFUND: We can also offer a refund for the purchase, this will not include the shipping or warranty cost.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
– Please note that refunds will not be processed until the returned items have been received and inspected by our team. Any incomplete returns will not be eligible for a full refund.
– We offer a 15-day exchange policy for jewelry. Items must remain unworn and in their original packaging. This policy does not include jewelry that has been used for new piercing purposes.

– First name and Last name
– Or copy of the invoice from Tribu Piercings
– Reason for the return and item specification.
– Items for exchange, refund or store credit will not be shipped out until the original items have been returned and inspected by our team.
– We will notify you by email once we receive your return.
